EXCELLENT stay near the castle!

double room spacious room separate bath continental breakfast

The double room apartment was huge and located on the top floor. Beds felt awesome, VERY spacious and comfortable. I appreciated the shower and the separate bath. Tea and coffee making facilities plus biscuits were available. Wardrobes offered a lot of space. GREAT continental breakfast was available with many options (especially the croissants!).

The staircase did squeak a little. That's all, I really enjoyed my visit.

wonderful Stay Near Castle

perfect location warm host great bar

the location was PERFECT near the castle. Laura, the host, was warm. She was cute and a credit to the hotel. The breakfast was great, and the bar was good also.

some slight cobwebs existed in the room, still I appreciate the stay overall.

on-site parking is available for a daily fee. The location offers convenient access to local tourist attractions. The bar area seemed newly refurbished and cute, I think it had a great atmosphere.

my room size was great. It had comfy beds and seemed clean. Lots of space was provided in the wardrobes, very helpful for storing clothes. the room also included tea and coffee making facilities with biscuits.

continental breakfast included ample options. i think it had plenty to choose from. there is an option for a hot breakfast at Stokes Coffee shop opposite, a 10% discount voucher is included with this option.

The staff was very helpful. They offered recommendations for nearby food and drinks. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The location was great, next to the market and the cathedral.

The hotel needs some painting in the shower, since there was mould.
